Sintered tungsten plate is a kind of necessary blank for producing fortungsten slab, sheet and foil rolling products. Its manufacturing process usually adopts powder metallurgy method, i. e., selecting a certain particle size of tungsten powder to have cold isostatic pressing and the high temperature sintering process.
Technical Requirements
Sintered tungsten plates are required to meet certain density, grain number conditions and the technological requirements to satisfy the high temperature rolling process. Grain number can reflect its quality. According to the distribution characteristics of grain after tungsten plate was sintered, the grain number of qualified tungsten plates should be stable in a certain scope.
