Cooperating with Luoyang Huayi Furnace Institute, we research and develop hydrogen protected sintering furnace and vacuum sintering furnace. Now we can output 10 sintering furnaces every month. Cooperating with Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenyang Scientific Instruments Development Center Co., Ltd, CAS, we are able to manufacture different types with weight of 35KG, 65KG and 85KG. Now we can output 50 sapphire growth furnaces every month.
Since 2008, we have supplied a large quantity of hot zones or components to customers from Russia, Ukraine, United States, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. Now we are able to produce 30 sets of hot zones in volume of 28KG, 35KG, 65KG, 85KG or 120KG.
