Tungsten Shield

Application
1. As a kind of auxiliary tool, tungsten shield is designed to retain heat inside the furnace and widely used in crystal growth furnace. It helps to coordinate the uniformity, efficiency and energy consumption of hot-zone.
2. Tungsten shields are also used in optical instruments.

Features
1. The property is qualitative hard and brittle.;
2. It has a very high melting point of 3410℃.
3. It is made with high density and excellent mach inabilit.
4. Tungsten shields are normally riveted.
5. The aperture is measured by highly-accurate CNC equipment.
6. The maximum working temperature is 2450℃ and it shall be applied under vacuum and reducing atmosphere.
7. Generally, the tungsten shield is designed with thickness from 0.5mm to 2.5mm. The thicker it is, the longer service life it will have. It works soundly with coarse surface while it will have a high reflectivity with smooth surface.
8. Our products are annealed.
