Tungsten crucible pallet is used as the component of sapphire crystal growth furnace. Cooperating with Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenyang Scientific Instruments Development Center Co., Ltd, CAS, Achemetal Furnace Co., Ltd. is able to manufacture tungsten crucible pallets in common models of 30KG, 60KG, 85KG. and 120KG or according to customers' requirements.

Application
Tungsten crucible pallets directly contact with the bottom of the tungsten crucible. It bear the weight of crucible and crystal body under the temperature of higher than 2000℃. The crystalline quality is directly affected by its strength. We have received good feedback from customers on high temperature strength.

1. Tungsten crucible pallet is of very high purity more than 99.95%.
2. It also possesses high density higher than 18.3g/cm³.
3. The recommendatory working temperature should be below 2400℃ under the vacuum or reduction atmosphere.
4. Tungsten crucible pallets are produced in accordance with the standard of ISO9001.
