Description
Sintering furnaces can boost the raw ceramic grain growth in high density and shrink the size of the ceramic through material transfer. Therefore, the microscopic structure dense polycrystalline sintered body come into being. Sintering metal ceramic material (Co, Ni) with base ceramic material (TiC,TaC,NbC) under high temperature above the melting point of metal ceramic material is called carbide sintering principle.
Sintering process is a traditional way to turn powdery material into dense body.
