Application
TZM bar is characterized by high melting point, resist corrosion and conductivity, strong toughness. With low thermal expansion coefficient, steam pressure and fine mechanical properties, this molybdenum alloy bar is widely used in various fields:
1. Military Industry: distribution valve body of torpedo engine, gas pipeline and throat liner;
2. Used as principle axis for glass furnace stirrer of color picture tube;
3. Piercing plug for die casting mould and seamless tube made from black and nonferrous metals;
4. Hot runner in injection molding machine;
5. Cathode tube, grid electrode, high-voltage rectifier components in electronic industry;
6. Radiation shield, support frame, heat exchanger, rail bar in nuclear equipments;
7. Furnace wall, heat shield in high temperature furnace and hot isostatic press.
Specification
1. We provide two kinds of surface finish of this molybdenum alloy bar: Cleaned - Surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides; Shiny finish - Surface is polished;
2. Achemetal Furnace Co., Ltd can produce TZM bars according to the customer drawing;
3. The fineness can reach at 99.95%, density 9.8-10g/cm3. The organization structure is homogeneous and it works with excellent machining performance. Our products has met GB 3459-82 and AKM QB/WB-2006.
Package and Inspection
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions and so on. Our molybdenum alloy bars are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic. What's more, the case is moistureproof and grooved.
Achemetal Furnace Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of TZM bars in China. Using high purity material, we also forge swaged tungsten rods and swaged molybdenum rods, tungsten rods, molybdenum rods, TZM rods, Mo-la alloys and other products with high density and excellent mach inability. Above 60% of our molybdenum alloy bars are exported to more than ten countries and areas, such as USA, Germany, Japan, Russia, South Korea, etc. Meanwhile, parts of them are selected and used by nonferrous metals research institutes.
