Molybdenum Blocks

Application
1. Molybdenum block is resistant to high temperature and owns favorable heat conductivity, toughness and low expansion coefficient.
2. Covering small size of thermal neutron capture enables Molybdenum alloy block become structural material in nuclear reactor.
3. Pure molybdenum materials are often used in MOCVD or ion implantation.

Features
1. A single molybdenum block may weight over 100 kilograms;
2. The fineness can reach at 99.97%, density 18.8g/cm<sup>3</sup>. The organization structure is homogeneous and the tungsten bar works with excellent machining performance;
3. We can produce molybdenum blocks according to customers' drawing.
4. Our Molybdenum alloy blocks have gained approval GB 3459-82 and AKM QB/WB-2006.

Package and Inspection
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions and so on. Our products are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic. What's more, the case is moistureproof and grooved.

Achemetal Furnace Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of molybdenum blocks in China. Using high purity material, we also output tungsten support rods, molybdenum support rods for vacuum furnace, tungsten bar, TZM Bar and other products with high density and excellent mach inability. Above 60% of our Molybdenum alloy blocks are exported to more than ten countries and areas, such as USA, Germany, Japan, Russia, South Korea, etc. Meanwhile, parts of them are selected and used by nonferrous metals research institutes.
