Application
1. Molybdenum swaging rod is widely using in fabricating heating elements, fasteners and structural components for high temperature HIP, vacuum and hydrogen atmosphere furnaces.
2. It is also of value in the lighting, electronics and semiconductor industries.
3. The molybdenum swaging rod can be applied in lamp supports, power tube components and silicon rectifier mounts.
4. The potassium doped and the lanthanide doped swaged molybdenum rods are targeted for using in higher temperature applications. After being recrystallized, the ductility of the rod is retained well with smaller cross sections.

Features
1. The molybdenum swaging rod has a high melting point of 2610° C.
2. It has good electrical conductivity and tensile strength at high temperatures.
3. It has low vapor pressure and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
4. The length of a single swaged molybdenum rod may reach 20 meters.
