Application
1. Molybdenum discs are widely used as contact materials in diodes of silicon controlled rectifiers, transistors and thyristors;
2. Further applications include using molybdenum rolled discs as heat sink bases in IC'S, LSI'S and hybrid circuits;
3. It is widely used in vacuum switches as contact terminals.;
4. Molybdenum discs are also applied in producing heating sintering trays, sintering boats, base plates, supporting disk for crucibles in electronic and vacuum applications.
5. Molybdenum rolled discs are also used as sputtering targets.
Features
1. Molybdenum disc has similar low thermal expansion to silicon;
2. It also has high thermal conductivity, which makes it an ideal choice in large power devices;
3. The density can be up to 10g/cm3, purity 99.95%. The organization structure is homogeneous and grain is fine;
4. Molybdenum rolled discs from Achemetal is under vacuum annealing and leveling before delivery;
5. Our molybdenum discs are approved by ASTM B 386-2003 and GB 3876-2007 and GB 3877-2006.
Package and Inspection
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions, and so on. Our products are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic.There are water proof papers wrapped the molybdenum rolled discs.
Owning two hot rolling machines and five cold rolling machines, Achemetal Furnace Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of molybdenum discs in China. We supply vacuum annealed tungsten and molybdenum foils, sheets, plates, discs, squares and ribbons with high density and excellent mach inability. In addition to molybdenum rolled disc, we also produce other rolled tungsten and molybdenum products, such as tungsten and molybdenum sheet, Mo-la sheet, tungsten and molybdenum plate, tungsten and molybdenum sputtering targets, etc. We produce molybdenum rolled discs with smooth surface, no double skin, no stratification, no crack and no impurity. All of our products are made in accordance with the standard of ISO9001.
