Application
TZM plate means tungsten, zirconium and molybdenum alloy plate. It is characterized by high melting point, resist corrosion and conductivity, strong toughness. With low thermal expansion coefficient, steam pressure and fine mechanical properties, rolled TZM plates are widely used in various fields, such as:
1. Military Industry: distribution valve body of torpedo engine, gas pipeline and throat liner.
2. Glass furnace stirrer of color picture tube.
3. Hot runner in injection molding machine
4. Cathode tube, grid electrode, high-voltage rectifier components in electronic industry.
5. Radiation shield, support frame, heat exchanger, rail bar in nuclear equipments.
6. Furnace wall, heat shield in high temperature furnace and hot isostatic press.
Features
1. The surface of TZM plate is brown, silver gray with metallic luster;
2. Its crystallization temperature, high temperature creep strength and high-temperature tensile strength is far higher than that of pure molybdenum.;
3. Rolled TZM plate has high melting point, high strength, high elastic modulus, high expansion coefficient, high vapor pressure, good electrical and thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance and good temperature mechanical properties.
4. The fineness can reach 99.95%, density 9.8g-10g/cm3. The organization structure is homogeneous and it works with excellent machining performance.
5. TZM plates from Achemetal are under vacuum annealing and leveling before delivery.
6. Rolled TZM plate has met the standard of GB 3459-82 and AKM QB/WB-2006.

Package and Inspection
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions and so on. Our products are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic. Each piece is separated by water proof paper.
