Application
1. Molybdenum sheets are used for producing molybdenum electrodes, heating elements, heat shields, sintering trays, sintering boats, stacking sheets, base plates, sputtering targets, crucibles in electronic and vacuum applications;
2. Molybdenum foil is widely used for producing reflecting screen and cover inside sapphire crystal growth furnace, as well as reflecting screen, heating tape and connection inside vacuum furnace;
3. Molybdenum sheets are also applied in sputtering target of materials plasma coating, high temperature resistant boat, etc.
Features
1. The purity of this molybdenum foil is over 99.95%. The high-temperature rare-earth element added molybdenum sheet is also with high purity above 99%.
2. The density is more than or equals to 10.1g/cm3.
3. The flatness is no more than 3%.
4. Molybdenum foil has good performances of high strength, uniform internal organization and good resistance to high temperature creep.
5. The surface of molybdenum sheet may present silver gray metallic luster after chemical cleaning.
6. Tungsten foil from Achemetal is under vacuum annealing and leveling before delivery.
7. It is approved by ASTM B 386-2003 and GB 3876-2007 and GB 3877-2006.

Package and Inspection
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions, and so on. Our products are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic. Each molybdenum sheet is separated by water proof paper.
